Our platform provides expats with comprehensive solutions for taxation, relocation, authority issues, and everyday problems faced in a new country.


    As a Customer Happiness Officer, you will be the dedicated point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving their success. Through your exceptional consultation skills and proactive approach, you will contribute to achieving the best possible results for our clients and the growth of our business

Client Consultation: Engage with clients primarily over the phone, comprehensively understanding their needs and requirements.Actively reach out to existing clients to gather information and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. Tailor the ideal configuration of services to meet each client's specific needs and objectives. Demonstrate the value of our services, assisting clients in maximizing their potential.

Client Support: Assist clients in utilizing our services, helping them make informed decisions regarding service purchases.Provide thorough training to clients to ensure their understanding and proficiency in using our company. Handle written user inquiries, responding promptly and effectively to address their needs and inquiries. Develop a deep understanding of our system and clients' requirements to offer exceptional support.

Office and Administrative Tasks: Spend working hours at our headquarters in Prague 1, occasionally visiting authority offices, post offices, or accompanying clients. Perform occasional paperwork while leveraging technology to streamline administrative processes.

Multifaceted Client Service: Handle email correspondence and provide information to clients across various industries. Ensure prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism
